We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role within our retail sales team in APAC. As the Team Lead, Account Management, you will be responsible for driving the success of your team by fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring and supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales activities, and identifying process improvements to support sales representatives.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide coaching and professional development to reps, assist with customer escalations, and coordinate monthly 1-on-1s with reps to discuss pipeline, achievements, and areas for improvement.

You will also meet with internal services teams to ensure account management has the tools they need to succeed and report on metrics and sales data for go-to-market analysis meetings.

We are a team of 9 people located across ANZ, and we are looking for someone with proven experience as a team lead or manager, coordinating a sales team, and leadership experience.

You should have strong coaching abilities, motivation, and patience, as well as great communication skills and resilience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
