Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete's Foot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stock management, and contributing to achieving sales goals.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, and maintain a positive attitude every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with processing and managing large volumes of stock
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Full availability during peak periods (mid-November to mid-February)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
