We're seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Sales Associate who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute directly to our sales success.
About the RoleYou'll work alongside one of our high-performing sales teams based on Magill Road in Beulah Park, focusing on driving sales activity, engaging with clients, and managing all aspects of the sales process. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with some of the industry's best in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
What we're Looking For- Current South Australian Real Estate Sales Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated sales experience within the real estate industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work across multiple platforms
- A positive, team-focused attitude and desire to grow professionally
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Managing buyer and vendor relationships from initial contact through to settlement
- Coordinating and overseeing property marketing campaigns
- Liaising with photographers, stylists, and suppliers
- Conducting property opens, private inspections, and auctions
- Handling negotiations to achieve premium results for clients
- Ensuring all sales activities are compliant and professionally managed
