Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining an enterprise environment that ensures the availability of services to our support offices, warehouses, and network of stores across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

This is a hands-on position that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and consistently uphold high standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and accountability in their day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and proactively maintain systems and services managed by infrastructure support teams.
  • Help develop appropriate infrastructure designs and technical specifications to support the development of new and improved systems.
  • Coordinate the execution of projects tasks with the support of technical leads and project managers.
  • Provide technical expertise for core infrastructure including cloud solutions, Microsoft enterprise environments, virtualization environments, patching and security systems, backup and SAN storage solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, and migrations.
  • 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments supporting core systems.
  • 5+ years' experience supporting virtualization environments.
  • 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise patching and security systems.
  • Coordinate and prioritize infrastructure activities and support requests.
  • Proficient in time and priority management.
  • Investigative skills to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users.
