**Job Title:** Application Systems Administrator

Job Description

As a skilled Application Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing complex enterprise systems. You will be the go-to expert for keeping critical applications running smoothly, securely, and aligned with business needs.

You will implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise application systems to ensure reliability, security, and seamless integration with organizational infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include managing access, permissions, and upgrades across various systems such as ERP, CRM, and cloud-based platforms.

Additionally, you will monitor system health and performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply strategies to maximize uptime and efficiency. Troubleshooting complex issues and providing support and resolution in partnership with users, vendors, and technical teams is also an essential part of this role.

Your expertise in business application and database systems, combined with your ability to provide advice and resolve application service issues in line with council policies and procedures, will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong decision-making skills, using analysis to identify solutions and provide guidance to internal teams.
  • Experience working with application platforms such as ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
