The Role

You will possess detailed knowledge of Origina's service offering and industry expertise. You will combine this with a breadth and depth of knowledge in IBM software portfolio, licensing, and deployment models to showcase the value of Origina's support & maintenance offering.

  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, future product strategy, potential blockers or objections.
  • Create and deliver presentations to prospects showcasing the value of Origina support.
  • Analyse IBM & HCL support case history to identify pain-points and recurring themes and present back to prospects.
  • Assist with complex queries from customers requiring assistance.
  • Link operational teams together to ensure customer queries are answered promptly and appropriately.
  • Maintain technical related information in Origina deal management system.
  • Collate 'customer success' stories demonstrating unique value of Origina's support for sales process.
  • Manage successful transition for sales opportunities through to customer onboarding process.
  • Ensure products are vetted to ensure Origina can support them.
  • Identify risks to contract management team to capture and countermeasures included at negotiation stage.
  • Challenge status quo and find more efficient ways to do things and suggestions on how to improve interaction with sales team.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing and content management to maintain pre-sales collateral portfolio.
  • Capture important intelligence on market trends and IBM products supporting sales process.
  • Participate in feedback loop capturing customer needs and shape service offering for delivery of fantastic support.

You will co-ordinate each sales opportunity through to closure ensuring all technical, contractual, licensing and operational concerns are addressed by our team for the customer.
