Medical Injury Specialist

The Medical Injury Specialist plays a vital role in supporting clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build trust with clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Gather information about client injuries and medical histories through initial interviews.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each situation and identify potential legal support options.
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Law team for seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work with the contact centre team to efficiently manage client inquiries and resolve issues.
- A degree in Biomedical Science and/or Laws is highly preferred but not essential.
- A thorough knowledge of medical terminology, guidelines, practices, and protocols is required.
- Strong phone-based customer service experience, particularly with clients who have experienced trauma.
- The ability to connect emotionally with clients and provide empathetic support.
