Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Dispatch Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

The Dispatch Coordinator will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless logistical operations. They will work closely with the team to optimize workflow, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispatch orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare freight for transport by verifying documents and inspecting shipments
  • Create and manage daily schedules for drivers, taking into account vehicle availability and route optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • A certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding
