As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, coordinating daily activities, and driving vehicles to assist other programs when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including collection, inventory, and distribution of stock
  • Ensure donated goods meet quality standards
  • Coordinate warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and waste/recycling processes
  • Provide daily supervision, training, and support to a team of volunteers
  • Drive GWS vehicles to deliver or collect goods across various sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Actively contribute to a safe and positive team culture
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for logistics and customer service. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a coordinator role
  • Sound knowledge of safe manual handling and furniture logistics
  • Sound people skills - you enjoy working with and supporting volunteers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems for stock control
  • Current Driver's Licence (required)
