Job Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Leader to Drive Stability and Growth in Aged Care Facility.
  • Aged Care Experience: Proven leadership experience in residential aged care (Facility Manager or similar) is essential.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong operational, clinical, and people management skills are required.

The role offers a stable and supportive environment with a low staff turnover rate and minimal agency use. You will be joining an organisation that values quality care and team culture.
