Aged Care Professional

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Aged Care Assistants in a residential setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors and provide high-quality care and support.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. They will also play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment that promotes social interaction and well-being among residents.
Responsibilities- Maintain continuity of care by following individualized care plans
- Complete domestic duties as required, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Communicate resident care needs to supervisors on a daily basis
- Contribute to creating a safe and friendly environment for all residents
- Show compassion and exercise patience when interacting with residents
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
