Lead Aged Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Lead Aged Care Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of person-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our team to assess the needs of our residents and develop individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading small clinical teams to deliver high standards of care
  • Assessing the total health needs of clients and documenting results thoroughly
  • Developing individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
  • Complying with relevant legislation and policies
  • Upholding the organization's values and principles in all areas of service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid AHPRA registration
  • Experience in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
