ERP Transformation Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a high-impact business transformation program.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Specialist to lead the implementation of a major systems transformation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Your experience delivering Oracle NetSuite implementations will be key to aligning the system rollout with operational workflows and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the full Oracle NetSuite implementation strategy, from planning through to go-live.
  • Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with finance, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Oversee project governance, delivery roadmaps, vendor coordination, risk management, and change initiatives.
  • Foster user adoption and post-go-live support planning.
Requirements:
  • Recent hands-on experience delivering Oracle NetSuite into a manufacturing or product-based business.
  • Able to effectively navigate project boards and senior stakeholder communications.
  • Experience managing external ERP vendors and implementation partners.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes within manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work on-site 3+ days per week to ensure effective delivery and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
