Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide clinical services and support to help clients achieve their goals.

Your day-to-day duties will involve collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans. You will assess and observe challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
