In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a management team that values culture and employee well-being, and to develop your skills through ongoing learning and development opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of residential estimating or quoting experience, or be a carpenter looking to transition into estimating. You will also need to have a carpentry trade qualification, an Associate Diploma in Building Construction, or equivalent construction knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot potential site issues regarding the inner urban build area
* Ensure production work is carried out in a timely manner
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to deal confidently with all stakeholders
* Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, supervisors, suppliers, tradespeople, agents, and contractors are maintained and improved
