Senior Residential Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Estimator to join our client's award-winning building team in Brisbane. As a key member of the estimating team, you will play a crucial role in delivering unique and off-the-plan residential projects up to $10m.

About the Role

As a Senior Residential Estimator, you will work closely with the owners and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will be essential in providing accurate and timely estimates, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates for residential projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of estimating procedures and processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Residential Estimator
  • Proven experience working for a known builder
  • Databuild experience is a must
  • Excellent client relationship skills
