Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of a Ipswich Multi Service Centre, delivering high-quality care and services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven management experience in aged or community care
  • Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP) and current aged care standards
  • A strong track record in leading person-centred, quality, and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, deliver outcomes on time and within budget
  • A history of innovation, service design, quality improvement, and leading change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders
  • High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of others
