Job Overview:

This role is designed for a highly skilled and experienced leader who can guide a team of professionals in delivering exceptional employment services. As a Regional Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple sites, leading and empowering your team to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversight of Ipswich ESA with offices in Boonah, Goodna, Ipswich, Lowood, Redbank Plains, Springfield, Toogoolawah
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver high-quality services
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure person-centred service delivery
  • Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems and tools to analyse and monitor individual and site performance
  • Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness
