About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing an integrated marketing strategy for our living communities, focusing on boosting inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Property Consultants to develop and implement local marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse CRM data to drive marketing activity and monitor competitor performance.
  • Create projections and costs for marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide village sales support, working collaboratively with the GM Retirement, Property Consultant, and Development teams to enhance sales levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a communications role.
  • Prior experience within the retirement industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using search engine optimisation & search engine marketing techniques.
  • Professional with impeccable grooming and presentation skills.
