We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our domestic student base and strengthen our industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment
Build and maintain relationships with education agents, brokers, childcare centres, medical centres, construction companies, labour hire firms, and industry associations,
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking to promote course offerings.
- Develop partnerships with employers to create direct training-to-employment pathways.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships to generate ongoing enrolments.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract domestic students.
Sales, Marketing & CRM Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed enrolment targets across all course streams.
- Manage digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the organisation's CRM system to accurately record leads, client interactions, follow‑ups, and conversion data.
- Use CRM analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform targeted marketing activities.
Ensure all client and lead data is recorded in compliance with privacy and RTO/CRICOS requirements.
Relationship Management
Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Represent the organisation professionally at all times, ensuring compliance with RTO Standards and ESOS/CRICOS requirements.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education or training sector experience highly regarded).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven sales tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve KPIs.
- Knowledge of the VET sector, RTO compliance, or relevant industries (construction, security, healthcare) will be an advantage.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
