About This Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer who can help us create an easy to understand and seamless user experience. You will be responsible for crafting and deploying Lumary's support documentation for customers and other departments, as we change and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and deploying support documentation for customers and other departments.
  • Monitoring the output from project teams to ensure changes to products and industry are captured and explained.
Requirements:
  • Experience in copywriting and writing informational / communications material.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience translating highly technical information into easily understandable content for any audience.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with team members.
  • Conscientious approach to work, including being organised, efficient and precise.
  • Problem-solving skills through critical thinking.
