Finance Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working on high-profile deals and supporting clients in the emerging and mid-market sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting financial research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Drafting key documents, including engagement letters and term sheets
  • Assisting in the pitching process through the production of key documents, such as capability statements
  • Drafting sales documents for corporate clients, including marketing materials and investor presentations
  • Undertaking due diligence procedures and processes involved in deal screening
  • Assisting clients in drafting public releases and announcements
  • Attending investor presentation meetings
  • Organizing roadshows and scheduling
