Our Corporate Finance team is seeking an experienced professional to join us in Sydney. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers the chance to develop and grow your career with a leading accounting and advisory firm.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or Economics and a clear understanding of Corporate Finance concepts including financial statement interpretation, capital structures and macro-economic drivers. Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Valuations, Transaction Services, Investment Analysis or Audit is highly desirable.

As part of our team, you will work on a variety of interesting engagements across M&A advisory, equity capital raising and debt advisory. You will collaborate with experienced leaders who will provide guidance and support to help you develop and enhance your skills.
