Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments.
  • Prepare independent expert reports and fairness opinions for shareholders on transaction terms.
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations.
  • Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis.
  • Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions.
  • Coach and develop junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in core business valuations, managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries.
  • Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management.
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modeling, project management, and preparing client deliverables.
  • Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance or similar.
