Case Manager Level 2 Position

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of CTP claims from lodgement to finalisation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, lawyers, rehabilitation advisors, and medical professionals to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
- Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements, interpreting medical reports and making informed decisions.
- Manage injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims, focusing on proactive claims management.
- Make settlement offers, attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation.
- Collaborate with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Proven para-legal personal injury experience, preferably in insurance claims.
- Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
