With us, you'll have international opportunities available, as we operate on two different continents with global site visits and international collaboration enriching your training and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of highly skilled employees.
  • Maintaining key site performance metrics including technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, fleet productivity, and safety.
  • Partnering with product support teams to report suspected product defects, collect troubleshooting data, and define interim corrective actions.
  • Developing new products and services to meet customer current and future needs.
  • Developing, prioritizing, and implementing strategies to address customer needs and ensure dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy.
  • Advising on strategic direction for equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with CAT MineStar Technology an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in technology or mining fields.
  • Customer Focus skills.
  • Consulting skills.
  • Effective Communication skills.
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Relationship Management skills.
