Job Description:

The Accounts and Distribution Support Specialist plays a vital role in providing effective administrative support to ensure seamless business activity management.

  • Assist customers with enquiries via phone, electronically and face-to-face
  • Establish and maintain customer accounts
  • Configure SIM's using Jasper platform
  • Prepare and dispatch SIM's to customers
  • Monitor and maintain SIM stock levels
  • Action customer orders and provide regular communication regarding progress
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Support Billing Team in preparing and correcting invoices
  • Provide support to Administration coordinators
  • Maintain quality procedures and complete quality records as required

This requires a flexible approach, juggling multiple IT platforms including Zoho One (CRM, Desk etc), Jasper (SIM Management), and Utilibill (billing system).

Key responsibilities include creating customer accounts, configuring SIM's, issuing SIM's, client reports, invoice coordination, SIM purchasing, customer accounting, and customer assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2+ years experience in customer service, accounting systems, business systems, administration, or equivalent. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, CRM, and basic computer literacy skills are essential.
