Procurement Specialist

The role of Supply Planner is a vital position within our supply chain, accountable for managing and maintaining supply processes across Australia and New Zealand.

This involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of master data in the ERP system, including ABC's, safety stock, MRP Profile, and obsoletion notices.

We are seeking an individual with strong collaboration skills to work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, finance, suppliers, and the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain inventory policies and calculations to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize risk.
• Place weekly and monthly purchase orders as required to meet customer demand.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports, blocked stock, and projected inventory to support business decisions.
• Support key supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply Chain management and/or previous planning experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in working with large sets of data and proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of S&OP process, supply, and inventory management practices and procedures.
• Confident and influential communicator with the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
