Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

A senior Salesforce developer is required to lead the technical delivery and governance of Salesforce solutions in Australia.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, both onshore and offshore.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills within technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full ownership of the Salesforce workstream.
