Job Title: Senior Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Executive to lead our project development and operations team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the preconstruction process. They will also work closely with our estimating and operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business growth and objectives
  • Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Oversee the preconstruction process to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
