Project Management Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned project manager with end-to-end experience within Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, schedules are met, and risks are proactively managed.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones, tasks, and sub-tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Package project documentation, facilitate calls, gather data, and organize materials in a centralized platform.
  • Create status reports and distribute to stakeholders.
  • Document meeting minutes and key business decisions (KBDs) from various conversations or meetings.
  • Track and manage risks and issues using RAID logs; identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure project quality by confirming deliverables meet agreed standards.
  • Maintain adherence to integrated schedules and drive timely completion of project goals.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5–10 years of project management experience is required.
  • Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading project management background is essential.
  • Strong core project management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
  • Proven experience managing risk and issue coordination, time management, and quality assurance processes.
Seniority Level
