About Our Job Opportunity:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled HR professional who can deliver comprehensive services and contribute to implementing the company's HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Administering and coordinating the delivery of HR services across locations.
- Providing expert advisory services on HR, industrial relations, and employment matters.
- Leading grievance/dispute resolution processes, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Optimising HR capability through training, auditing, and coaching.
- Contributing to HR improvement projects and the completion of the HR Business Plan.
- Coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
- Providing industrial relations advice and ensuring compliance with HR governance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Significant experience delivering HR/IR services, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience, and proven case management skills are essential.
