Job Title


  • A high-achieving Territory Development Manager is required to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.


Job Description:

As a dynamic Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing heavy equipment consignments and filling our auction yard ahead of each sale date. Your primary role will be to grow your territory through superior new business development skills and maximise consignments using your existing network of contacts in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully utilize your entrepreneurial nature to maximise sales from new and existing customers.
  • Excel as an excellent negotiator with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
  • Utilize innovative techniques to hunt new business opportunities and create demand for consigned heavy equipment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a proven sales record with minimum 4yrs experience in the Construction, Agriculture, Transport Sector, or associated industries. You should also have experience using CRM systems and attending relevant auctions.


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and has a great ability to build rapport and attract buyers and sellers to our auctions. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the current national and global market, an already grown knowledge of the Auction industry, buying, selling, and bid-catching at Auctions.
