Job Title: Hospitality Interior Designer

We are currently seeking a skilled and accomplished interior designer with a passion for hospitality projects to lead our design-focused studio in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding concept development, overseeing design documentation, collaborating with clients and consultants, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept design development and project briefs
  • Overseeing design and documentation using Revit software
  • Collaborating with clients and consultants for seamless project delivery
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers
  • Assisting with contract administration alongside a Project Leader
  • Selecting furniture and finishes that elevate interior aesthetics
  • Ensuring designs meet building codes and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of interior design experience
  • Proven experience in hospitality projects
  • Strong skills in Revit software
  • A confident, client-facing approach with excellent communication skills
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Strong time management
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate with consultants
