Our organisation is currently looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our Melbourne team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in transport and be able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the call centre, including telephonists and customer service staff, ensuring high-quality service standards, and handling staff issues and rosters. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve excellent results.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the Melbourne call centre and its operations
  • Ensuring high-quality service standards are met
  • Handling staff issues and rosters
  • Leading a team of customer service staff

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role
  • A strong background in transport
  • Leadership and management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fully vaccinated status
