About Us

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of roll formed steel building products.

This role leads a team of experienced customer service representatives. You will work closely with cross-functional peers to ensure timely customer requests are fulfilled, driving sales through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct your team to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns with timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Adopt a growth mindset to boost team efficiency and morale, and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and manage your team's performance, training, and development needs.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We seek someone with proven experience as a customer service supervisor or team leader in a contact centre or call centre environment. You should have the ability to lead a team and positively influence customer service targets/KPIs. We're looking for someone who is outcome-focused, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, and strong communication skills.
