**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A permanent full-time role is available for a **Service Delivery Team Lead** in our Perth site.

This position requires effective and efficient service delivery, managing onsite staff, achieving balance between customer delight and sustainable outcomes, and developing team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure positive Customer Experience by advising customers on quality and cost-effective solutions, completing work to high standards, and contributing to continuous improvement.

- Manage day-to-day operations of different service offerings at one site.

- Changes to priority, schedule and customer requirements are managed and communicated to stakeholders.

- Optimize staffing resources with forecasting and planning within budget, and adjust resource levels according to workload requirements.

- Increase employee performance through deployment and leadership of Performance Management cycle, including feedback, reviewing progress monthly, managing performance, and capturing data.

- Build highly performing teams that utilize all team capabilities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in leading a team to measurable outcomes.

- Previous experience in a service delivery environment with exceptional customer service skills.

- High volume print production experience.

- Experience in Document Services environment (e.g., Mail, Print or Records Management).

- Certificate III in Printing desirable, or willingness to participate in workplace program to obtain qualification.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Intermediate level Microsoft Office and print production software (e.g., Adobe, GX Print Servers, FreeFlow Makeready) usage.
