Business Growth Strategist Role

The Business Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving company expansion by identifying opportunities, researching leads, and cultivating strategic relationships with potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes sales strategies for business groups in assigned territories to optimize revenue growth.
  • Creates and implements processes and training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills to sell products effectively.
  • Collaborates with senior stakeholders to expand territory and product lines, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Analyzes customer needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Designs and implements strategic sales plans focused on new revenue generation and expanding business in new areas, leveraging market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Negotiates and closes contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Drives revenue growth in assigned industry verticals, meeting or exceeding gross margin targets.
  • Directs the placement of new and existing products and programs with prospective customers, aligning business goals with customer needs.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams within business groups to achieve performance objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensures timely issue resolution through effective customer service execution, analyzing business environments to implement new strategies.
  • Facilitates introductions to other sales executives, building strong professional networks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven years of sales experience selling directly into the assigned industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong preparation of sales materials and presentation skills, with a focus on engaging storytelling.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex business relationships.
  • Organizational skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
