Job Overview

The Regional Store Manager is a high-profile role responsible for leading our bridal stores to success in Australia. As the key point of contact with the USA head office, you will be instrumental in driving growth and sales performance across the country.

This role requires a dynamic business professional with a passion for retail and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, hiring and training key personnel, and ensuring that our new locations become destinations where we make brides' dreams come true.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of shaping our brand's future in Australia. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence at store and regional level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge in Store Success: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across all stores.
  • Own the Success of Store Leadership: Lead and motivate the store Management team to achieve sales and financial targets, operational benchmarks, and elevate the bridal experience to new heights.
  • Coach, Train, and Inspire Store Teams: Provide coaching and development opportunities for store management and stylists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Management & Growth: Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators to track store performance and provide feedback and coaching to the Store leaders to ensure goals are achieved and exceeded.
  • Master of Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure that store leadership knows how to optimize inventory and manage stock performance seamlessly.
  • Champion the Customer Experience: Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers in each of the stores to deliver exciting promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Apparel, Fashion or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years senior retail management leadership experience, preferably with multi-unit, territory responsibility.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence at store and regional level.
  • Results driven with attention to detail and ability to provide oversight and delegation.
  • Exhibit sound business decision making skills and the ability to influence others.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and thrive in a challenging environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience with a Retail POS system and retail scheduling tools.
