Expert Wedding Stylist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wedding stylist to join our team. As a wedding stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to brides and helping them find their dream wedding dress.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of their experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging bridal trends, accessories, and services to offer expert advice.
  • Meet sales goals and participate in implementing new business ideas to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Represent the store and designer labels in a professional manner, showcasing the latest fashion trends and styles.
  • Participate in organizing in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions to create engaging experiences for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
  • Minimum 1-2 years bridal sales or consultative retail experience preferred.
  • Proven sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and stay up-to-date on fashion trends.
  • Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 12 kgs, kneel, stand, and work on feet most of the time.
