**Job Overview:**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a support officer for commercial brokers, providing national sales and service solutions.

As a Broker Support Officer, you will manage operational performance requirements, including broker accreditation, commission payments, marketing activation, and business project implementation.

You will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data to accurately report New Money Settlements, product cross sales per customer, and customer risk grades.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze performance data and provide accurate reports.

- Complete Annual Reviews in a timely manner.

- Assist brokers, partners, and Business Development Managers (BDMs) according to established guidelines.

- Identify prospective areas of process improvement within the business and communicate to relevant leaders.

- Ensure timely responses to all incoming broker queries.

**Requirements:**

- Administrative experience and customer service skills are mandatory.

- Knowledge of Third-Party Banking is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with broker partners, BDMs, and other internal stakeholders.
