About the Role

We are seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to provide essential lifestyle, social and wellbeing services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
  • Assist in the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual services
  • Implement innovative events and activities for residents and where possible involving the wider community
  • Provide direct care during activities such as bus trips
  • Support your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player
