We are seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to provide essential lifestyle, social and wellbeing services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
- Assist in the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual services
- Implement innovative events and activities for residents and where possible involving the wider community
- Provide direct care during activities such as bus trips
- Support your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
- A reliable team player
