We are seeking an experienced Flour Miller to join our team at our site in North Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the flour mill and associated processes.
  • Ensure delivery on customer quality compliance.
  • Contribute to a team to ensure production runs at optimal performance levels.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to Site environmental initiatives.
About You:
  • Proven experience in flour or semolina milling, with a NABIM Milling Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a senior member of a team, coordinating workflow, prioritising tasks and motivating other team members to meet high performance standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (BRC).
