Job Title: Value Creation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Transformation Strategy and Design efforts. The successful candidate will lead the development of strategic options and value drivers across customer and business design, ensuring alignment with our UNITE program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the UNITE Integrated Plan by developing strategic options and value drivers that drive customer and business design excellence.
  • Build robust business cases in collaboration with Integrated Plan and Discovery teams, grounded in clear assumptions and evidence.
  • Maintain customer design integrity by owning and updating the single source of truth for Customer Design definitions.
  • Support delivery hand-off by preparing and translating design choices for Discovery/Delivery teams to ensure speed, fidelity, and quality of execution.
  • Monitor business readiness by leading the design and management of reporting for key readiness indicators, collaborating with divisional teams to align and aggregate performance reporting.
  • Track value realisation by building dashboards and reports to track benefit and contra-benefit drivers, supporting realisation activities as execution begins.
  • Translate financial impact by working with Finance to interpret the UNITE business case into financial shape impacts across Group and divisional levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial expertise: 5-8 years of proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and business case development; strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset: High attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Data fluency: Advanced Excel skills and/or coding proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Executive Communication: Ability to translate and present technical and complex concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Independence: Comfortable leading others in your own workstreams and delivering under tight timelines.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Builds strong working relationships across functions and seniority levels.
  • Commercial insight: Applies sound judgement to connect data, strategy, and business outcomes.
