About the Team
Value Management, not one of the most recognised names for a functional team, but you may just find that what this amazingly talented and impactful team can do may actually be the right big next career step for you. Right now we are looking for a Manager to join our team. Senior Management and Strategy Consultants with experience in CHRO and CFO transformation, this one's for you.
About the Role
So what do we look for in professionals who'd like to join our Value Management Team? Value Managers are part of a best-in-class business consulting team to drive Workday's growth and success. They are engaged across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to final presentations to the client team. Internally, we collaborate in cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday's differentiation throughout the sales cycle. Externally, we collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify business challenges and document and align the impact of Workday's technology to the strategic objectives of the company. Value managers also present cases for change, model return on investment, and documenting value realisation.
Working in close collaboration with sales, solution consultants, professional services teams and marketing, this strategic advisory role offers a great launch pad into one of the fastest growing enterprise technology and SaaS companies in the world. As the lead for our Value Management team in ANZ, you will lead a team of Senior Value Managers across ANZ, ensuring we support the sales team on their most strategic opportunities across ANZ while also being engaged on specific accounts which require more executive level support.

About You
- You always overachieve and have consistently exceeded attainment of critical metrics in your most role as past success is a powerful indicator of future success

- Demonstrated experience leading highly ambitious people with humility and empathy
- Proven track record from a premier management consulting firm or a similar role with a focus on change/transformation
- Strategic positioning, developing value propositions, and creating impactful c-level presentations
