  • Providing efficient support to roster changes with minimal disruption to clients and staff
  • Delivering effective and positive communication with all stakeholders
  • Administering tasks and maintaining compliance
  • Responding to inquiries from customers and families

About You:

  • A commitment to engaging with and aligning with our mission and values
  • Previous experience in rostering or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and prioritisation
  • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to record, report and maintain information
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

  • Blue Card
