Job Description

As a Shift Fill/Workforce Planning Officer, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our goals and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

The position involves working with a dynamic team to roster staff and manage workload. This is a busy and varied role that requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. While previous experience in rostering or scheduling is advantageous, it is not essential.
