Overview

Christmas Experience Team - North West Melbourne role at Scene to Believe. Create Christmas Magic this festive season. No experience needed – just bring the vibe We are hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish. This role drives performance at sites in the North West Melbourne Region, including Craigieburn, Watergardens, Woodgrove and Airport West.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
  • Help capture magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults
  • Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
What You'll Be Doing
  • Training is provided
  • Hours are flexible; the office is magical
  • Be full of good vibes and festive energy
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Cool under pressure
  • Be a team player who loves making people feel welcome
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s Clearance
