Job Overview

We are hiring team leaders to drive performance at our Christmas experience sites. As a team leader, you will inspire, support and lead your team of elves to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors. Your calm demeanor will keep operations running smoothly even on the busiest days.

  • Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow efficiently
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere
