
Highly Organised Administrative Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support across various areas of the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, records, and admin systems, as well as supporting day-to-day tasks that keep the office organised and running smoothly.
You will also be responsible for assisting with scheduling staff shifts, making updates when changes occur, and working closely with our rostering and support teams to ensure seamless coordination.
In addition, you will help organise inspections, maintain property documentation, and keep employee and service records accurate and well-organised. You will also be involved in document and timesheet management, ensuring that payroll runs smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and in writing. You must be calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks without getting flustered, and take pride in being thorough, reliable, and professional.
A strong candidate will have some experience in administration, preferably in disability, healthcare, or community services. You should also be confident with computers, including Microsoft Office and Windows, and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

- 1 year of experience in business administration
- Full Driver Licence
- Australia Work Authorisation
